This quote is one of my favourites as it so perfectly sums up what I believe in. By saying yes, we fully accept ourselves and embrace our lives with all its imperfections. I think this is where our inner freedom begins.
My name is Bogi, and I would like to share with you a calm and welcoming space where I will help you to feel happy, relaxed and energised.
Kundalini yoga has been practised for centuries and incorporates an almost infinite combination of meditations, postures, mantras and breathing techniques. It’s the work of the teacher to combine those elements to transform the energy of their student. No two classes are the same and this is where the beauty lies. One day your practise with me might be gentle, leaving you feeling light and stress-free. Another day we might practise a more physical kriya (set of exercises) and you leave feeling full of energy. And sometimes we voyage beyond our physical bodies to spark a deep sense of connectedness.
I believe that YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE, and can help everyone regardless of age, shape or circumstances.

I offer weekly Kundalini yoga classes on Zoom, meaning you can join me from anywhere in the world. Taking the time to tune in and practise is always time you will cherish. It helps you build strength, find inner calm, and deal with life in a more balanced way.
